Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIsentrix, a product operated by Hostelastic Technologies LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account or using any part of the AIsentrix platform (www.aisentrix.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use AIsentrix. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using AIsentrix on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aisentrix.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

4. The AIsentrix service

AIsentrix is an AI productivity platform. AI models are used strictly as backend infrastructure components to power Aisentrix features. Users do not receive direct access to any third-party AI provider.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of any AI-generated output for any particular purpose. AI responses are generated by third-party providers and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.

5. Credits and billing

Pay-as-you-go model

AIsentrix operates on an internal credit-based system. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. You purchase Aisentrix credits to use features within the platform.

Aisentrix credits are for use within the Aisentrix platform only. They are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and you may not resell Aisentrix accounts or credits.

Credit validity

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Purchasing additional credits resets the expiry clock on your entire balance.

Credit pricing

1 credit = $0.01 USD. Pricing for each AI model and feature is displayed transparently in the platform before and after each query. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs with 14 days' notice.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by our authorised payment provider. We do not store your card or banking details. Your payment data is governed by the payment provider's privacy policy.

Refunds

Credits are generally non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for the full details including eligible refund scenarios.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AIsentrix to:

  • Generate, store, or transmit content that is illegal under applicable law
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
  • Create disinformation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits minors
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform at scale
  • Circumvent rate limits, abuse free credits, or create multiple accounts to evade billing
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent
  • Violate the acceptable use policies of any upstream AI provider

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, depending on severity.

7. Intellectual property

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to provide the service.

AI output

The ownership of AI-generated output is determined by the upstream provider's terms and applicable law. We make no claims of ownership over AI output generated on your behalf.

Our platform

The AIsentrix platform, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Hostelastic Technologies LLP. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

8. Third-Party Infrastructure

Aisentrix uses Amazon Web Services (AWS), including AWS Bedrock, as cloud infrastructure to deliver AI-powered features. By using Aisentrix, you acknowledge that your requests may be processed through AWS Bedrock, which provides access to foundation models from Anthropic, Meta, and other providers. AWS Bedrock usage is governed by AWS's Terms of Service.

Aisentrix is an independent software platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized reseller of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other underlying model providers.

AI models are used strictly as infrastructure components via third-party aggregation services to power features within Aisentrix. By using Aisentrix you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing Aisentrix credits to use Aisentrix services and features, not purchasing ownership of third-party AI models, tokens, or API credits.
  • You do not receive API keys or direct access to these third-party providers.
  • Your prompts are transmitted to the relevant upstream provider to generate responses.
  • Upstream providers have their own terms, privacy policies, and content policies.
  • We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or output of upstream providers.
  • Upstream provider availability may affect AIsentrix service availability.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

AIsentrix is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or complete.

AI output is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Do not rely on AI responses for critical decisions without independent expert verification.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hostelastic Technologies LLP and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AIsentrix.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total credits you purchased in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hostelastic Technologies LLP and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time.

  • You may close your account from Settings → Privacy. Unused credits at termination are forfeited.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. For serious violations we may act without notice. For lesser violations we will generally provide a warning first.

Sections 7, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by an in-dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by upstream AI provider outages, infrastructure failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
