AI Usage & Model Attribution Policy

1. Platform Independence

Aisentrix features are powered by foundation models accessed via AWS Bedrock and other licensed API providers. Aisentrix is an independent AI SaaS platform operated by Hostelastic Technologies LLP. We are not an authorized reseller, partner, or official distributor for any third-party AI model provider.

2. Models as Infrastructure

Aisentrix uses third-party AI models strictly as infrastructure components to process data and generate content within the Aisentrix application. When you use Aisentrix features, your prompts are routed securely via third-party aggregators to the respective model providers.

Users of Aisentrix are purchasing Aisentrix Credits to use the Aisentrix software platform. Users are not purchasing ownership of third-party models, provider-issued tokens, or direct API access to any third-party service.

3. Provider Attribution

To ensure clarity, we attribute the underlying models used within our platform to their respective creators:

• Claude models are created by Anthropic.
• GPT models are created by OpenAI.
• Gemini models are created by Google.
• Llama models are created by Meta.
• DeepSeek models are created by DeepSeek.
• Mixtral models are created by Mistral AI.

4. Compliance with Provider Terms

By using the Aisentrix platform, you agree that your usage must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is designed to enforce the safety guidelines and terms of service of all underlying model providers. Abuse, circumvention of safety filters, or generation of prohibited content will result in immediate termination of your Aisentrix account.
